Hello all,

I hope this email finds you well.

I am inviting you to be one of the host clubs for the Leeds Rhinos Girls U16’s-19’s development programme 2018.

The programme will be run from April- October and be a road show around Leeds visiting all of our girls community clubs inviting girls at those clubs, other clubs or at union/other sports to be involved.

The programme will run to help develop players and to introduce them to the Leeds Rhinos Women’s performance system. The coaches will be looking to improve core skills which will benefit the players and their community club. It will also allow us to have a look at all girls playing in the Leeds and West Yorkshire area ahead of the next U19’s squad selection or for players to be brought in to the squad for this season where appropriate.

The proposed dates and venues are below – could you please let me know if you would like to host us on these dates:

Monday 23rd April @ East Leeds
Monday 21st May @ West Leeds
Monday 25th June @ Shawcross Sharks
Monday 16th July @ Stanningley
Monday 13th August @ Oulton
Monday 17th September @ Hunslet Warriors
Monday 8th October @ East Leeds

We would require pitch and toilets and where possible a meeting point (clubhouse would be ideal). The session will be 6.30-8pm so would meet at 6.10pm.

Hopefully you will look forward to hosting with us in 2018 – we are keen to promote the strong relationships we have with our community clubs and see that is one way we can do that by developing players at your clubs and giving them additional opportunities, but also trying to get new players involved or transferring to the sport to play at your clubs also.

We would like the introduction of Leeds Rhinos Women to be beneficial for the community clubs and the female game over all and I believe we can all make that happen together.

Thanks,

Lois
