Welcome folks! To kick off the start of our 2019 season we are hosting a free for all fitness session with a few non contact rugby drills thrown in courtesy of our very own qualified PT trainer Sam Trenaman and the girls coaches.
The invite is for any girls or ladies (age 7 to grandma age!) that would like to take part in a fitness session that includes an introduction to a rugby ball! No obligation to sign up to play rugby matches, it's just to come along to a social environment, get involved and have fun! Spread the word, it's free to take part, more the merrier!
