Our big weekend has finally arrived, one of the most important dates in the clubs diary. The Weekend of Saturday and Sunday (15th and 16th September).

It is a time when everyone at the club remember those people who are no longer with us, a time for reflection, but a time for much more too, so please respect the minutes silence/applause before each game commences, thank you

We have lots going on over the two days, with special guest appearances on the Saturday from Leeds Rhino's Ash Golding (who will be at the club from around 10 am), and Jack Walker. And on Sunday that loveable character, Ronnie the Rhino, will be making an appearance. Plenty of photo opportunities for young and old alike.

And that's not all, we have lots of other attractions too. Besides numerous rugby league games involving our many teams, we have stalls of all kinds, a bouncy castle, game's, face painting. A huge jumble sale/car boot style stall, gift and hamper stall, Tombola, raffles (with some fantastic prizes), Kit stall (offering old, as well as new items), Engraved glassware stall, and a stall where you can experiment with a temporary tattoo, ice cream, Caribbean and Indian cuisine, hot and cold food and drinks, and so much more. It's a not to be missed fun day for all ages, and the club will open for alcoholic drinks for the adults.

It's a massive event as part of our cash4kids campaign, in which West Leeds ARLFC have been chosen as one of the ten clubs to receive match funding by Radio Aire cash4kids to support our new changing room project and other equipment our club needs to keep kids in sport in the local area.
