Saturday, 7 September is West Leeds Eagle's Memorial day where many events will be taking place throughout a day which begins at 10 am and goes through to 4 pm. We hope to have many surprises in store for those attending, stalls, games and visits from the Leeds Rhino's (men and Women). And if the day gets too hot for anyone to handle....don't worry folks, the fire service will be attending and will help cool you down!! We have Tombola's and raffles and so much more. And let's not forget the rugby....yes, the rugby! All our junior teams will be in action, with the first game kicking off at 10.00 am, and will be followed by five other games. To end the day on the rugby field, we will be finishing off with a little fun, when a tag and touch game is being played. All parents, former players, current players, and well......anyone who would like take part will be welcome to do so. Last year a similar game took place and it provided some really hilarious moments. The social club will be open and provides an opportunity for visitors to see the work and progress the club is making, it is also an idea way to meet new friends and meet old ones. Our coach's and management teams will be available to answer any questions for anyone who is interested in joining, or who have a child (male/female) who would like to give the game a try.
